It was amazing! I love salmon but not cooking it so my go in a hot NYC kitchen. Recently I discovered containers of small cut sashimi that I season with garlic, black pepper, pepper and soy sauce. I eat in with different salads and different ways. High protein, amazing flavor and fills ma belly nicely ☺️
