I'm keeping things pretty tight when it comes to my calorie count. I'm consistently staying between a 600-1000 calorie deficit. And I'm feeling good.

My new goal is to watch my carb intake. One step at a time!
255.8 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
