Hola, Started my morning with 454 carefully measured and counted calories minus 3 strawberries because I’m gangsta like that. Living la vida loca 😆 Eggs, egg white. Sautéed shrooms, jalapeño, tomato, garlic and scallion. Eggs n veggies cooked in air fryer with slice of vegan cheese 25g protein to start my day 💪🏻 My plating skills are non existent. Avocado slid out of my hands, passion fruit butchered. Knife skills also non existent 🤦♀️ My combos are weird but all flavors I truly enjoy. I don’t eat food that make me miserable 😋 I can see how precise plating and presentation aids with weight loss. It’s incredibly time consuming and I got really thirsty trying to be precise. As you see I failed with precision but I drank 24oz water while trying to plate. So there is that 🤷♀️🤣 Happy Saturday. Move ya ass and don’t stuff ya faces. Unless you saved kcals during the week, promise not to starve next week and won’t complain tomorrow in that case stuff ya face all you want to. ✌️

I had avocado slippage yesterday, it got covered in cottage cheese❣️🤪🤪🤪 Ultimately, calorie deficit is all you need for fat-loss. Everything else are tools that some may find useful. *insert relevant dr now quote*

❤️ it’s all about actually liking our foods 😋 or else our wanna be lifestyle won’t last. At least for me, it started as a wanna be lifestyle...and now with yrs of maintaining I can finally call it a lifestyle.
