recently, I found I have body dysmorphia disorder, BDD. I feel scared, alone, and yet a weight has been lifted off my shoulders (no pun intended). I don't really know where to go from here but, I know the logical answer. it's time I do things the healthy way. my body is not my enemy. we can do this.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
