No change. Ate 1800 calories yesterday and ran for an hour yesterday and today. I've noticed this happens often when I lose weight, my weight will stick on one number for a while and then (if I've been eating less calories that I'm using) sudden drop.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
