I’m notarious for “oops” did I just eat a donut... 🤣 What works for me is to fit in my “oopsies” into my daily kcal’s by meal prepping and planning. I save calories from other foods throughout the day by substitutes and creating balanced meals. This has helped me not to stress and obsess. Want a donut? Go for it. Want to eat a burger and fries? Go for it just make sure it fits into your kcal budget!!
