I've been doing so well at excercising. Going to the gym 5-6 days a week- 3 of those days are weight training. I have decided I need more structure so I am following the book "Meals for Good Health"... I love this book and it takes out most of the counting. And it is to treat/prevent diabetes and heart disease. I don't have diabetes however my bp has been high lately... what I love the most about this book is that they show you an actual real sized plate so you can see how big everything should be. I have the 2001 edition but I am buying the new 2008 version in a couple of weeks. the book does all the counting... I will be eating healthy choices, smaller portions. 1450-1600 calories a day depending on how much I am excercising. I will start on the low side and see how it goes.
