Well I started electives 2 weeks ago and the entire thing is an exercise in extremes, both in work and in lifestyle. One doc tells me I'm the best student ever, the next thinks I'm pretty darn average.
Exercise has been OK really. 5 good workouts out of 10 possible. I could have definitely squeezed in another one today but I was emotionally eating from a mediocre eval.
Which brings me back to diet...oh my. Last week was pretty damn good. One off night dinner wise and everything else was bang on. This week was a totally different story breakfast/lunch/snack was OK, but dinners were BRUTAL and I was eating sugar like a fiend.
I need to get back on track, but I'm not sure that Thanksgiving weekend really lends itself to healthy eating. In any case, enough is enough. I have 1 month before Erin's wedding to get my act together.
3 workouts per week 3 glasses of water per day Only 1 cheat day per week Other weekend days are "good decision days" Mon-Fri = perfect paleo :D
