Well so much once again for Weight Loss science. I lost 4.8 pounds last night at weigh-in. My understanding of this process gets hazier and hazier as I move through the days. I really did not eat well while I was in Boise. I did keep exercising, but why did that not work last week? And last week I followed that plan like a saint. Can you say Frustrated!
Don't get me wrong, I will take the weight loss no matter how it happened. I just wish I could recreate it each week by doing the same things.
Our first office potluck of the season is tomorrow and I doing the Turkey and Gravey.....Give me strength :>))

Seriously, I wish I knew. I feel like I generally do the same things and sometimes I lose more weight and sometimes I lose none. I wish it were more consistent and we were guaranteed 1 lb. or two a week just by doing the right things, but noooo... our bodies have to be weird.
