Yesterday’s leftover pizza fixings is today’s mini pizzas on Ezekiel bread.
I put 2 scoops of Plant Protein in to the crust and 1 in the sauce.

I don't want to spoil the greatness of your creativity... Though when you take processed protein powder ready to use and start cooking with it (high temperature, I guess in the oven) it's losing most of its nutritional value, and it also metabolised in a different way bringing its benefits to the minimum. If you did not use thermal cooking... then I apologise for the confusion.

Yummers. I went to the frozen food section because I noticed so many posts mention Ezekial bread. I know I ate it years ago. Thought I'd give it another go. I saw the prices for the products, and kept on walking on. LOL
