Today has been quite a horrific day, I tried to be good however coming home for the first time in ages it stumped me and I ended up gorging with chocolate, icing, pork, anything I could get my hands on and I definetly went past the point of hunger and binged.

I have joined Fatsecret today to stop that, its given me a starting point and hopefully others that will spur me on. I have decided that it starts now, I have just figured out what my UGW is and how much I have to lose.

It digusts me that I have 50lbs to lose but I know that I am strong and can do it. Just because I am home, or have friends round or have a party does not give me the excuse to fall off the wagon. No more excuses from now on!! I can control this and I need to do it for myself. I will write everyday if I have to keep inspired and focused.

I want to lose 50lbs. Below i'm going to lay out some smaller goals in order to keep me motivated.

SW: 211 LBS
UGW: 161 LBS

Goal 1: 200lbs
Goal 2: 190lbs
Goal 3: 180lbs
Goal 4: 170lbs
Goal 5: 161lbs....When I get here it will be the first time in about 10 years.

That scares me having to think back and figure out the last time I was 11 and a half stone! I have never been a healthy adult and that is shocking! To know that I have never been a healthy weight and experienced what it feels like to be a healthy teenage girl upsets me. I deserve this so why am I finding it so hard to give my body what it deserves?

I need this, so anybody reading this please feel free to ask me question and spur on with inspiration and anything you feel that may help me. I love reading success stories and seeing how others have achieved their goal weight.

One last thing. I know this will take time, but i'm willing to put the time in. I want to fit in and feel good about myself. So Nnovember 2010 is where it all starts!
