Hello, Haven't been journaling since Karen and I share an office and I think keep passing this crud back and forth. Trying to get my points in and as karen informed me to watch my fat intake. Haven't been drinking enough water and toooo much coffee.

Thanks, I appreciate the support. I think the majority of my problems lies in that while I'm not satisfied with my weight, my husband likes the way I look. My concern is more with being able to move and be comfortable with myself. He's finally beginning to understand that I have to be content with me.

Stairs only after we both have had a day without coughing and sneezing. And unfortunately I did get into the "box". Tried to compensate with supper. Weighed yesterday and was at 141.75 and today 140.25...go figure. Water, water, water.
