我教练平时不让我戴手套,每次都是徒手上,再疼也让我忍着,这两天到平台期了,两天都没掉秤了

妳有要備賽嗎? 不然怎麼不能讓妳帶手套..還是跟教練溝通看看..建議啦。重訓手長繭是一定會。但女生自己手這樣也不開心吧.. 加油。我最近也卡重量
