Omad is goal. Right now up to 16 hrs intermittent fasting. Will stick with that for remainder of week, then move it on up to 20-22. Craving sweets. With a little imagination, I did have a cup of hot tea that tasted like apple pie. Going to experiment with the blackberry and raspberry flavors next.
