Well, since flying is not steady right now, I've been on the ground and back to hitting the gym and recording food again. I'm down to 19% Body Fat, but I'm pushing for 17% and to stay there. It's tough getting back to where I was last year, but I'm not going to let anything stop me. I'm learning about Macros: 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fat - that's what seems to be ideal for me at this stage, with a calorie intake of 1677. I'm learning and trying to get back to routine. This is a LOT of calories for me, I feel like I'm stuffing myself. It's not easy to eat so much when you've been off the heavy regimine for months. Flying all the time doesn't help the eating plan either; however, I am getting better at packing my meals and not eat out during layovers. How are you guys doing? Fill me in on your plans/goals?
