I'm glad I didn't gain weight and that I even lost a couple grams. I was afraid I would end up with more weight since I wasn't able to exercise this whole week. I got my back hurt. I can't stand long, it hurts when I bend and even hurts a bit when I walk. So... no exercise. I'm not fully recovered and I feel desperate to exercise again, I don't want to gain weight,I want to see my numbers go down and never go back to the 110's kg. I hope tomorrow I feel ok. If I feel better I'll just go to swim slow and easy. I NEED MY EXERCISE! I WANT IT BACK!

Sorry to hear you were hurt!!! I know how it is to want to exercise and you can't. Please be careful and just take it easy for a little while. Swimming slow has its advantages too!! I do some nice slow stretches in the pool before I start my exercise routine. I've even started some slow breast strokes too!! I hope you feel better soon!

thank you, both. I'm still hurt, but today I'll take it extremely easy at the gym, I just CAN'T waste more time without my exercise. I'm desperate to go back!
