Good Morning FS buddies!!

So, it's the start of another week... This week, I am going to sit through the class that we put our new owners through before after they're done with their in-store training. It'll be good to see exactly what they learn in class, because a lot of times, they tend to forget stuff and then say they never learned :) I'm thinking it may make for a somewhat long week, though.

We made it to the gym 4 days last week, so one day better than the week before. TOM's visit seemed to help my weight a bit, as well, I'm sure, as my workouts. Hubby's getting a little disspirited about the weight loss as he has not been able to lose any yet. A year ago, when we first started this, he lost about 15 pounds really quickly, but now he has put that back on and it's not coming off so easily. I'm sure we'll do it, though. I will try to make it to my WW meeting either today or tomorrow so I will have an "official" weigh in.

I'm going to have to use some major will power this week. Our office always provides snacks during these classes, plus unlimited soda and coffee, plus an hour lunch break each day! I'll just really have to try to keep myself busy :)

I guess I'd better eat some breakfast and get to work. See ya later!

Drink lots of water my friend! lol YOU can do it. I'm sure they will tempt you, but just think of us and then having to PAY at WW again! lol Motivating?? =D lol Good luck with the long week, I'm sure you'll get through it and find a way to make FUN! :) xoxo

Oh, those meetings with the treats are so tempting. Maybe you can allow your self a little treat- or if you will for sure record the points that might make you think twice. I usually seem to cave to the temptation but I do remember once turning away a slice of carrot cake (one of my favorites) b/c it had around 10 points! Yikes! That does add up so quickly.

four times to the gym last week!!!?! THATS FANTASTIC!! If you keep that up both you and hubby will be sure to poor the pounds off! Good luck with your will power...have any you could send my way?! eek!
