my back hurts from running. that means I did something, right?

Update Back pain is no good since I want to keep exercising 😭 also woke me up from a sound sleep

Did you stretch or warmup before running? At least 5-7 minutes.

A rule of thumb for running. When you have a day where your natural gait is negatively impacted to the point where you can't walk, you're limping, or your gait is negatively impacted, it's time to stop and re-evalute. Try not to run through an ego driven pain. It's just not worth it in the long-run.
