It went well overall, these last couple of weeks. Haven't been working out as much as I wanted to, but at least i did something :p Been eating my fruits and veggies. tried to limit bread intake, lots of yoghurts and i actually took a salad with me to class a few times. it's really nice, but you can't keep it for too long. but still a nice way to replace bread and still feel full. I'll keep doing that a few times a week. So I'm just gonna soldier on this month. Got some stuff for school to finish up and prepare for exams, etc. But I'm gonna start the weekly weigh ins again and hopefully i'll see some results at the end of the month.
