My impulse is to laugh because I know where you at 🤣 but also I’m sorry, it’s tough when you really try your best and the results don’t reflect it. I hope you decided to tell that chow monster no! Find positive motivation, remember where you started and get back on that horse because you might not see the numbers change, but I promise you you body is changing!

For what it's worth, I only had the breast with a home made salad.I have a love-hate (mostly hate) relationship with my scale. The other day I felt good after weighing myself but then I tripped over the thing just a few minutes later. I always focus on the small wins e.g I came down from 124, I feel better etc. Thanks for the encouragement, that's what I love the most about this app.
