Walking marathon today! I am off on Fridays so I started my day with an hour walk. In the evening, I walked another 90 minutes during my daughter's swimming. I got a bit lost and had to really motor to get back on time! My husband will want to go on our evening walk soon....I am bushed...but might go for it! Friday night is pizza night inmy house. Second one since I started induction. Proud to say I stayed strong again. Grilled a thick pork chop with lots of spices and topped with three cheese blend....very yummy. My carbs are under 10 today and I feel satisfied. Calories are staying low too. Diet jello and whipped cream for treat to top off the day!
