No change this week. That sucks but it's because I ate junk last night...
On a better note, my coworker has talked me into doing a 5 k with her at the beginning of November. It's in support of a charity that is close to her heart, Ronald McDonald House. So, we started increasing our distance in prep for this. We already run 3.5 k so, doing a 5 k should be no problem for us.
No doing much this weekend as my DH is working night shift. Plus the forecast is rain. Me and the little guy will hang with my parents at the farm.
