Well, knew it was going to happen, 2 weeks holiday one of which was in York with all its chocolaty goodness. Could have been worse, hopefully a couple of weeks sticking to my calorie allowance and rowing everyday will help sort me out.
255.5 lb Lost so far: 63.3 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
