番茄炒蛋 (fānqié chǎo dàn : Chinese tomato scrambled eggs) 🥚🍅 This dish is usually paired with beer or liquor but I found it perfect for breakfast too!🤟🤟

Stir-fry green onion in vegetable oil over medium heat and scramble 4 eggs. Add 2 Sliced Roma tomatoes, and add 1 tbsp soy sauce & 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Remove from heat, and add 1 tsp of sesame oil😘

Interesting that it's paired with alcohol...very similar to a filipino breakfast (ginisang itlog) I grew up with.
