Hi everyone,
Got back late last night from Lancaster. It is exhausting when you've been crying and driving for three days straight. My mom didn't feel comfortable driving. I was fine with that. She had a full plate herself so I wanted to take as much pressure off of her as I could. It was a rough three days. I didn't do much in the way of watching. I really didn't have that on my mind.

I really need to get my exercise back on track. It is little to non-existant. It's important to me to get back on track. I have just been so tired after coming home from baking at the shop and then the trip for the funeral. I am hoping that I can get some energy back here and get back on track this weekend.

I have had more stress with PTO. The president is resigning and that leaves me in that position. I don't know what to do. I am having a meeting in the am and I am hoping it goes well.

I sure hope you are all well and I am going to try to catch up on some journals.

I hope you make some time for yourself to unwind... sounds like you need a calgon bath... Make sure you do that for yourself... an hour or so.. in the tub.. soft music, candles and quiet..... You deserve it...

Sorry you had such a rough trip. I like twoslow's idea - it would feel even better after a hard, sweat-inducing, stress-relieving workout! Glad you're back! Take care of yourself!

I'm SO sorry Hon, for the loss your family has suffered. Yes, you definitely need some 'down time' in the tub with all the niceties too. Take care of yourself and THANK YOU much for your comments on my journal. You are a main reason I come back here...Hugs to you my FS friend!
