The federal government shut-down took away my SuperTracker on usda.gov. :( I've got to try something to monitor exercise and the food groups on which I need to improve: dairy, fish, fruits, and vegetables. I've had eating disorders in the past so am very nervous about tracking EVERYTHING I eat. I just tracked the four food groups plus exercise on SuperTracker.
