Did Ab Ripper this morning, not so bad, actually burned my legs more than my abs. Tried Yoga X and gave up after almost 30 minutes. My wrists don't tolerate yoga or push ups (but I can get around push ups by using handles). I'm gonna have to work up to the 90 minutes though, phew! Gonna do Sun Salutations everyday when I get up and go to bed. Also bought Insanity Fast and Furious to increase cardio work. Gained some muscle weight, need to shred some fat. Trying to increase protein intake to 130 grams per day ideally, but I have not reached that goal yet.
