Day 2 of Diet.
This morning, it occurred to me that this coming week is not going to be much fun. I was drinking a protein shake for breakfast, when I thought that I have to get used to not eating as frequently. It is going to be sort of like after my VSG, where I couldn't eat. But then I got used to it. So, if I exercise some fortitude for the next week, I will begin to get used to eating less.
Also, I have to get back to using my sleeve properly. In particular, (when I feel hungry) I need to decide whether (1) my gut feels hungry but my stomach is full,OR (2) my stomach is empty so I really am hungry, OR (3) it is "mouth hunger."
