As I sit here and eat lunch I realize that I am 11 lbs from my first mini-goal of getting under 200 pounds!!! This excites me and motivates me to keep it up. I have to be strong - the weekend is here and it's dreary in Dallas.

You can do it! I too am close to my first goal. 199 by ChrisTtmas. Glad to hear from you. I haven't been on site for almost a week. Had a kidney stone. Worst pain ever. The only good thing that came from the whole ordeal was a lb lost. Let's do this Tex. Let me know how you do this week. Have a good one.

Thanks Emmom! I need it today. I allowed myself some caramel popcorn tonight. That little Boy Scout was just so sweet I had to buy some. For some reason I was REALLY hungry today. Probably because I had to eat lunch early and get to the back doctor by 2pm. I'm so sorry to hear about your kidney stone :-( That has to hurt like crazy. I know they put my stepmom in bed for days when she gets them. Take care of yourself and keep up the good work! We are gonna whip this thing!!
