Didn't make it through til 24 hour fast yesterday. Did make it to 20 hours so some benefits. I still hsve some meat and veggie soup left. And have Kirkland Organic ground beef. It also makes a good soup with veggies. I did stay away from bread yesterday. I ate shelled pistachios for first meal and battered frozen fish for second meal and was satisfied. So today's a new day. I like seeing the scale down a bit but do need a new battery so am not sure how accurate my daily weigh in is. I meant to get one with my 20% discount last Wednesday at Riteaid. It may last until the first Wednesday in September.
