having trouble staying under my calories. I hate feeling like I have the munchies...

I once heard Oprah say when she is laying in bed and she feels like she could eat she thinks to herself should I feed it or let it take it from my ass. unconventional but I swear it helps me lol

Christina that is hilarious ! Someone, and it might have been Oprah also said when she caves into eating her cravings she makes herself watch it in the mirror. Seeing yourself stuff your face brings a new perspective to the habit.
