Last night I dreamt of a feast with all types of meat and large mash. It's either my body is trying to tell me something or the old me has launched an onslought to takeover. Anyway I'm up at 4h30 ready to go for a 1h40 minutes 10km walk. I'm not going back to my old weight.

Thank you, I had a great time. It took me about 1h40 compared to 1h47 the last time around. I was the only one on the road for the most part (security estate) so that helped with social distancing.
