I've been doing my Turbo Jam almost daily. Starting to feel stronger. I heard an expression and i'll share it with you.
"Strong is the new skinny". That's what I'm aiming for. And you know what? I'll get there again. One kick at a time.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
