Hey! So I'm new to this thing and don't really know anyone else on the same page as me as far as losing weight goes so I was hoping to help support and maybe be supported by people just like me. I'm in the military so a lot of the people I work with are in super shape and eat like pigs. Unfortunately for me I have a really slow metabolism and I had to lose weight just to get in. I was 189 pounds at my high point and was down to 159 pounds when I went into and came out of boot camp. My max for staying in is 160 pounds and we get weighed in twice a year. I just got weighed in at the end of October at 158 pounds but to get that I did a 4 day cleanse in which I got really sick from, and unfortunately gained most of the weight back. I think I'm ranging around 170 right now but I have to wait and weigh myself at the gym later. There's a lot about to change in my life now and I know the conistant gym going and calorie tracking has already begun to slip, so I'm hoping that by seeking help through this I can succeed.
