How much do I weight right now? I have no idea. I have not weighed myself in a couple of days. I have just been eating a lot of junk food and eating late. In order for me not to feel guilty I just haven't weighed myself. I need to change that right now. I was just looking at pictures from a few months ago, and I was very overweight. I looked very fat. Do i want to go back to that? No. I want to keep on advancing towards my goal not retreating. Just because I lost 20 pounds doesn't mean anything. I need to lose 20 more pounds and then keep off the weight for good with healthy eating habits and regular exercise.
