New scale; up one pound from the old scale. But I'm very slowwwwwwwwwwwww but going in the right direction. Can't wait to break out to the 222 weight -which will hopefully happen in the next few days. It will be the first time I've seen that number for months and months. If I hit 220, I'd really feel like I'm making progress.
Doing fairly well on NOT eating after 8 pm. (See above that it really should be no food after 7 pm -- VERY hard to abide by that; often do not eat until 6:30 - 7:30 pm.) Last night I tasted the gumbo that Josie brought over at 10 pm! And, the other night I had some low fat ice cream (1/2 cup) around 9 or 10 pm, but otherwise doing well. Also staying to the 1850 calorie count on average - below the 2100 that was determined for me.
