Finally made it below the 160 mark! Just 3 pounds to go!! I started drinking an NA IPA beer that I really like- only 70 calories versus 150-200 in a regular IPA. I think that's helping! (brand is Athletic if you want to check it out- they ship nationally). My favorite dessert ever is strawberry rhubarb crisp- I saw rhubarb at the grocery store and made one the other day that was so heavenly. Tried to give to other people but of course I ended up eating a lot of it!
