1167 kcal Fat: 43.50g | Prot: 62.03g | Carb: 136.16g.   Breakfast:  Gula, Swallow Globe Brand Agar Agar Powder, Regal Marie Biscuits, Oatbits Strawberry and Yoghurt, MEG Keju Serbaguna,  Kue Coklat (dengan Campuran Coklat). Lunch:  Daging Dada Ayam (Ayam Pedaging, Dipanggang, Dimasak), Tempe Goreng,  Jagung Kecil/Tunas Jagung,  Wortel Dimasak,  Brokoli Dimasak (dari Segar), Nasi Putih. Dinner:  Tempe Orek,  Iga Sapi (Potongan Kecil, Diiris Hingga 0.3 cm Lemak),  Ikan Mujair Goreng,  Daging Dada Ayam (Ayam Pedaging, Dipanggang, Dimasak). Snacks/Other:  Mangga,  Kue Coklat (dengan Campuran Coklat),  Jambu Air,  Nanas, MEG Keju Serbaguna, Colatta Dark Compound Chocolate, Mr. Bread Roti Tawar Gandum. more...
