I'm really disappointed w/myself. I've lost 20 lbs since March when I was diagnosed as diabetic. I've changed everything about how and what I eat! Now, I've been stuck at this loss for approx. 2 months - it makes want to eat chips and ice cream :-)

You need to get remotivated and change up things you have been doing. Change up your exercise. Up your exercise intensity. Eat more protein. Get plenty of water. Get plenty of fruits and veggies. You can do it.
