A NEW BEGINNING!
I realized that I am not worth much to anyone if my health is suffering. So, today I will begin to put myself first. I am very blessed and very fortunate to have a wonderful and supportive husband who does most of the cooking. Our daughter comes over 5 nights a week with her two boys (2 and 10 months) for dinner so the hubby cooks mostly to satisfied them Rather than state what I need, I eat what he makes for them. Today, I will start to break that habit. I truly love having them over every night and don't want that to change, so I will make the adjustments necessary. After all, no one holds me down and shoves mac & cheese down my throat! But, as I said, I need to put myself first and take care of my needs first. If I don't take care of myself, then I am useless to those that I love.

I love you and I know where your coming from. I had to do the same thing and let Bill cook for Scott and himself and I do my own cooking. I tend to make all my stuff up for a few days and freeze it, I make turkey taco meat, spaghetti meat, chili and cook chicken breast up for different things. I love that you are going to start taking care of you. Hugs my friend~. SGU
