HealthyBabs's Journal, 09 November 2010

Just finished 23 minutes (8 more than yesterday) on treadmill and yummy breakfast of greek yogurt, blueberries and flax meal with a protein shake. Dropped a pound this am. Good day ahead. I think the working out in the am might work better for me than at end of day, I always find too many excuses not to do it. I am a morning person anyway and I think I actually enjoy the exercise to start my day. Then I can say over and done!

Hey, that's 23 more minutes than me...LOL!! Good job keeping up with the exercise. Even though I'm decidedly NOT a morning person, I also have to try to do my most, if not all, of my exercise in the AM for exactly the reason you talked about...too easy to talk myself out of it by later in the day.

@Sandy - The morning work out is totally working for me. I really struggled on when I was going to fit that in to my day because I really dreaded it so much, but now that I am rolling with the am routine, I am really starting to enjoy it.

Great job, Babs. I try to do mine earlier in the day also. Seems like when evening rolls around I just get too busy with dinner, etc. You are doing wonderfully! Congrats on that pound, too!
