I am feeling pretty good today.....I tried to eat healthier options instead of junk. I am full and happy. I walked 45 minutes today....it was a slow pace. I did however walk around the track 6 times. I have obstacles that will pop up but I will OVERCOME them. Good things come to those who do the leg work so lets get moving!
