Be Lighter tomorrow than you are today....
This is my mantra. It is what I pray, chat, meditate on daily. Sitting at my desk for 8 hours straight, working like a dog over a screen and a keyboard. It forces me to stand up and do a lap around the office floor. It stops me from grabing a donut hole in the coffee room. Every carb in every bottle, every morsel of food and every sandwich is clear as day when I walk into the lunch cafe; don't eat that or that. Get a salad, no tomato, no dressing, no complimentary piece of cheese bread.
This is the fight of my life .....for my life....
