Yesterday I weighed myself, and I lost another pound. I'm down 3 lbs since last week. This is so encouraging!!

EDIT: I just rode for 1/2 hour on the stationary bike and did 10.5 km = 6.52439 mi.


Ya, just a bit tired!!
