Don't worry about the pizza! It was a little extreme but sometimes we just have to do it. Just know when you do you have to be real good for a WHILE! How tall are you? I was looking at your diet calendar and read your bio. You are going to the gym? Are you working with weights? If so you need more carbs than what you are getting. I lifted weights 13 years ago and just got back into it about 6 months ago but not at the extreme I did back then. I was 116 pounds with 6% body fat. Of course, as most of us females, we are never happy with our body so I still didn't think I was in shape enough. Now looking back, I sure wish I looked like that now!
