It’s Tuesday night. Pleased with 2 days of good water intake, calorie and protein intake, and getting In at least 4 mi power walking both days. Here’s to shooting for another day tomorrow! Just wish I’d see some results on the scale. I’m due for fasting thru 2:30pm tomorrow. Hmmm... let’s see if I can do it.
