i didn't realize its not that healthy . a cup of parmesan cheese divided by 2 is still 200 cal. :( not including egg wash and zucchini. live and learn.

Maybe not as healthy as some raw zucchini sticks, but I bet it was delicious!

It is healthy. It’s not processed and it is a vegetable. The calories are perfect. Yes, raw zucchini is healthier but if you don’t like raw zucchini than no poin

@jubarry Zucchini Fries 2 medium zucchini 1 egg 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian spice Lemon Parsley Aioli 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 lemon, juiced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp, finely chopped parsley salt and pepper *make sure zucchini is dry by blotting them with paper towel. you cut zucchini in quarters or eighths depending how big. dip in one bowl egg wash and with your right hand dip in parmesan cheese. * do not mix the fingers in the cheese bowl or will not stick. you bake 425 for 25-30 min turning half way thru.
