I realized today that I am not really that hungry I just eat when I am bored. I didnt really eat that much today because when I was getting ready to go into the kitchen to grab some grub I stopped and asked myself "Kate are you actually hungry or are you just bored?"
I also had a bite of potatoe cassarole (my chef made it at work so there was no way I could find it in the database) So I am going to mentally add 200cals to my total.
