Its been a long while since I have been on the website but I'm going on spring break with my best friends, and I'm not trying to look like a fat ass on the beach.
I generally eat healthy but recently I have fallen off the wagon. I work in a restaurant and bar so when I am bored I eat which needs to stop asap. I also drink a lot but I am young so its kinda unavoidable. I try to drink diet coke instead of sugary mixers.
So tomorrow it begins! I am going to stick to about 1200 cal a day, workout about 4 days a week. 30 min cardio and strength training.
I am going to go eat a cookie...but after that I am done for awhile!
