Goodmorning!
The post-weekend gain is coming off nice and quick. I'm down 1.2 kilos today, reaching 82.4 kilos. Nice.
Today is a slightly different day. Wife and I are joining Daughter, going to a town about an hour from here. Daughter is meeting a publisher that will hopefully take her under their wings in a Media Graphics internship.
This means I will be out all day. I will have no pre-determined food plans. I will have to wing it. And that always frustrates me.
I am less stressed about it today, though. I can see that after I started only eating in my 8 hour window, and upping my BMR, that it will be easier than it has been. I have 2,400 calories to spare for two meals, and that is easy enough. I just got to play my cards right. I can do this.
Anyways, it will just be a short little journal today. Gotta get going.
Today, I'm thankful for: - Having the day off for work. - Going on a "field trip" with DAUGHTER in focus. - Morning Coffee! - Wife!
